Baked Cheesecake in grams:

– 750 gr Cream Cheese
– 150 gr Sour Cream
– 2 Whole Eggs + 1 Egg Yolk
– 225 gr White Sugar
– 30 gr Flour
– 2 tsp Vanilla
– 1 tsp Lemon Zest
– pinch of Salt

Ingredients for the crust:

-150 gr Digestive Biscuits
– 80 gr Melted Butter

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes lower your heat to 160 degrees celsius and continue baking for another 30 minutes. The center should jiggle, don’t continue to cook it. Turn off your oven, open the oven door and leave it in there for another 30 minutes so it starts to cool. Then take it out and let it cool completely at room temperature before putting it into the fridge.

– 5-6 tbsp melted Butter

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes lower your heat to 160 degrees celsius and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
